State Enterprise for Survey Design and Material Testing (SDMT) formerly SESDCML was established 1990, but initially is was known as Material Laboratory which was founded in 1956, belong Ministry of Public Works and Transport then back be the National Laboratory in 1965 and has carried out its activities since then.
